Here are some tips on how to get out of this situation with Zen.

Japanese tea ceremony consists of the idea and way of thinking of Zen. Like the Zen word (chazenichimi ) the essence of tea ceremony and Zen is the same.

When it comes to tea ceremony, I think some people think it’s just drinking tea, but spirituality is very important. The teaching of Zen, such a Zen word, has a lot of wisdom to help you live your life.

Here’s how to get out of that.

See what one is thinking objectively

In fact, I don’t think I can afford to be in a difficult and difficult situation.

I understand how painful it is because I have been in such a situation several times in the past.

When you’re in a situation like this, you might say, “if things change” “If something miraculous happens,” “It will be OK if you endure.”
We tend to seek help “on the outside, not on your own”.

Sometimes, thinking about something unthinkable, I just try to turn the game around or miss a shot.

If you’re a normal person, you can do things you wouldn’t do, and things can get worse.

The key here is to be aware that “You change yourself.”.

Zen is basically a “I know the answer.” attitude.

But in many cases, it can be solved by changing yourself.

Quit doing things that make one feel bad

First, you need to train yourself to stop thinking “No!” in your mind and heart.

For example, even on a day off when you’re not at work, unconsciously remembering work can make you feel bad.

In that case, I would like you to try not to remind me of work even if it’s only for one minute.

You can read your favorite books, watch the works of your favorite actors, go to your favorite places, and so on.

You don’t care what anyone says to you, so have some time to relax in yourself.

In tea ceremony, this is called “Would you like some tea?” (First, let’s have a cup of tea and relax.).

First of all, this is “No matter what the situation is right now, let’s have a cup of tea first.”.

The human brain can’t help but be more aware of what it is.

Getting rid of the noise in the brain quickly

I’ll spend less time thinking about these bad things and more time feeling good.

Then, strangely enough, the noise in your head disappears.

At first, you might be obsessed with eliminating noise “I want to get out of this difficult situation quickly! So I don’t want to think about it!”.

But that makes it slow to remove noise.

Because being in a difficult situation of “I am doing this because I am in a difficult situation.” is the foundation.

・I am in a difficult situation, I want to get out of it and watch my favorite movie!

・I am tired now, so I will go to my favorite idol’s concert without thinking!

・I want to get out of the bad situation now, so I watch my favorite works!

They think unconsciously, “I’m tired now!”.

When I do that, I think, “Ah, I have to go to that bad situation after this time!” even if I do what I like or relax.

The most important thing is to concentrate on the moment.

There is a teaching that you should cherish that moment in tea ceremony.

Just focus on this moment. It is easy in words, but it will be difficult until you get used to it.

In that case, I recommend you to make it even for 1 minute “just daydream”.

The world changes before you can do it

When you stop thinking unconsciously, “No!” something strange will happen.

・I didn’t react so sensitively to the same situation.

・Things changed and I felt better.

These two things will happen.

The reason for this is, after all, “Because I’ve changed my way of thinking, my way of thinking, my way of reacting.”.

If you change your way of thinking and thinking, you will change how you see and feel around you and the world. That way, your reaction will change.

As your reaction changes, so does the reaction of your surroundings and the world. Then, the current situation gradually changes.

The way you think, think, and react can have a profound effect on your behavior. Of course, if you change your behavior, the world will change.
